I General (please see specific info for the different package programs below)

a) All guests must have a valid travel insurance.

b) All guests can cancel bookings 7 days before their excursion/program and get a 100% refund. From 6 days and less, no refund will be made. Special rules apply for Hurtigruten program.

c) Green Gold of Norway can cancel activities at any time due to dangerours conditions and in this case guests will get 100% refund (and absolutely nothing else). Green Gold of Norway will never cover plane tickets or any expenses other than our own product.

d) Green Gold of Norway AS confirms that is responsible for the satisfactory implementation and delivery of our products according to the regulations in chapter 5 of the package act, and that we have the obligation to help guests that should find difficulties as described in paragraph 36 of the package act.

We must underscore that our responsibility and obligations only count for the period and space of our program and not if guests have problems on their way to Tromso before the program, or on their way home after the program. We underscore that ours are local excursions/packages from Tromso to the Fjords, Skjervøy or the Lyngen Alps, and absolutely nothing else.

g) Guests have the obligation to inform as soon as possible about any lack or problem encountered during the program.

h) Green Gold of Norway AS does not accept minors alone, all minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.

i) All guests can complain and ask for a partial or total refund to francisco@greengoldofnorway.com in case they did not get what the program offered . In case guests and the company disagree on the complaint or refund, guests can complain to post@forbrukerradet.no

j) All guests have the right to transfer their booking to other guests as long as the program date is the same. According to paragraph 18 of the package act, all guests can do this up to 7 days before program/start.

II Fjords, whales & Aurora program mandatory information according to Norwegian Package Act paragraph 9

1. This package includes roundtrip transportation by bus and minivan from Tromso to Skjervoy and the Lyngen Alps. This package includes one day activity (whale watching by Rib-boat in Skjervoy) and one night accommodation in our Crystal Lavvos in the Lyngen Alps. The panoramic drive to Skjervoy takes around 3,5 hrs. The whale watching takes around 2,5 hrs. There will be one ferryboat ride on our way back from Skjervoy to the Lyngen Alps, and another ferryboat ride next day on our way back from the Lyngen Alps to Tromso (total driving time back to Tromso 2 hrs including ferry).

2. The departure time from Tromso is 06:00, arrival time in Skjervoy is 10:00. Departure time from Skjervoy is 13:45. Arrival time at our basecamp in the Lyngen Alps is 17:00. Departure time from the Lyngen Alps next day is 08:45. Arrival time in Tromso is 11:00.

3. Our accommodation are private rustic Lavvos with glass ceiling and shared bathrooms located in Lenagsveien 1483, 9068 Nord-Lenagen (Lyngen Alps).

4. Included meals are one big sandwich right after the whale watching excursion, dinner and breakfast at our basecamp in the Lyngen Alps. Guests can also help themselves with coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the whole stay at our basecamp (even late at night).

5. Whale watching by Rib-boat and short photography workshop as well as transport from/to Tromso, accommodation in our Crystal Lavvos, dinner, breakfast, and sandwich, are included in the package price.

6. Max capacity of our big bus from Tromso to Skjervoy is 45 guests, max capacity of each of our Rib-boats is 12 guests. Max capacity of each of our minivans is 8 guests. Max overnight capacity of our basecamp is 16 guests.

7. The main guiding language is English but some of our guides speak German, Spanish and Norwegian and understand French as well.

8.This program is difficulty level medium so all guests must be in fair physical shape to join. This program is NOT wheelchair accessible.

The only way we would cancel part or the whole package is if there is storm with strong wind that does not allow to navigate our boats and/or if there is avalanche or avalanche danger that does not allow to drive from Tromso to Skjervoy, from Skjervoy to the Lyngen Alps, or from Tromso to the Lyngen Alps. In case we cancel, we will refund 100% of the portion that was cancelled, and absolutely nothing else. Green Gold of Norway AS will never cover any amount other than the excursion or program that was cancelled.

III Crystal Lavvo, Snowmobile & Aurora program mandatory information according to Norwegian Package Act paragraph 9

1. This package includes roundtrip transportation by minibus or minivan from Tromso to the Lyngen Alps. This package includes one day activity (snowmobile excursion) and one night accommodation in our Crystal Lavvos in the Lyngen Alps. The panoramic drive to the Lyngen Alps takes around 2 hrs. The snowmobile excursion takes around 2 hrs. There will be one ferryboat ride on our way to the Lyngen Alps, and another ferryboat ride next day on our way back from the Lyngen Alps to Tromso (total driving time back to Tromso 2 hrs including 20 minutes ferryboat ride).

2. The departure time from Tromso is 08:45, arrival time at our basecamp is 11:00. Departure time from the Lyngen Alps next day is 08:45. Arrival time in Tromso is 11:00.

3. Our accommodation are private rustic Lavvos with glass ceiling and shared bathrooms located in Lenagsveien 1483, 9068 Nord-Lenagen (Lyngen Alps).

4. Included meals are lunch, dinner and breakfast. Guests can also help themselves with coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the whole stay at our basecamp (even late at night).

5. Snowmobile excursion and short photography workshop as well as transport from/to Tromso, accommodation in our Crystal Lavvos, lunch, dinner, and breakfast, are included in the package price.

6. Max capacity of the minibus is 16 guests, max capacity of each of our minivans is 8 guests, max capacity of our snowmobile excursion is 16 guests (2 per snowmobile). Max overnight capacity of our basecamp is 16 guests.

7. The main guiding language is English but some of our guides speak German, Spanish and Norwegian and understand French as well.

8.This program is difficulty level medium so all guests must be in fair physical shape to join. This program is NOT wheelchair accessible. Guests must have a valid car driver’s license to drive the snowmobiles. If a guest does not have a valid car driver’s license, he/she is welcome to seat behind his/her partner, behind a guide, or in our sledge.

IV Aurora, whales & Hurtigruten program mandatory information according to Norwegian Package Act paragraph 9

1. This package includes roundtrip transportation by the Norwegian Coastal steamer (Hurtigrtuten) from Tromso to Skjervoy and back. This package includes one day activity (whale watching by Rib-boat) and one night accommodation at the Skjervoy Maritime Hotel. The panoramic navigation to Skjervoy takes around 4 hrs. The whale watching excursion takes around 2,5 hrs.

2. Departure time from Tromso is 17:30, arrival time at Skjervoy is 22:30. Departure time from Skjervoy next day is 19:15. Arrival time in Tromso is 23:45.

3. Accommodation at Skjervoy Maritime Hotell located in Strandveien 35, 9180 Skjervoy.

4. Included meals are dinner at the Coastal Steamer, breakfast, lunch and dinner at Skjervøy Maritime Hotell, as well as a big sandwich right after the whale watching excursion.

5. Whale watching excursion as well as transport from/to Tromso, accommodation, 2 x dinner, 1 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, 1 x big sandwich are included in the package price.

1. This package includes roundtrip transportation by minivan from Tromso to the Lyngen Alps. This package includes one day activity (Fjord Safari by Rib-boat from Tromso to beautiful Hella), and one night accommodation in our Crystal Lavvos in the Lyngen Alps. The panoramic drive to the Lyngen Alps takes around 2 hrs. The Rib-boat excursion takes around 2,5 hrs. There will be a 20 minutes ferryboat ride from Tromso to the Lyngen Alps, and another ferryboat ride next day on our way back from the Lyngen Alps to Tromso (total driving time back to Tromso 2 hrs including 20 min ferry).

2. The departure time by Rib-boat from Tromso is 11:00, arrival time in beautiful Hella 12:30, back in Tromso 13:45 for time at leisure. Departure from Tromso to the Lyngen Alps 17:30. Arrival time at our basecamp in the Lyngen Alps 19:30. Departure time from the Lyngen Alps next day is 08:45. Arrival time in Tromso 11:00.
